Q. I cannot see the product I am looking for?
A. We supply many other products that are not featured on our web site. If you have a specific requirement, you can email or telephone our customer service team, who will provide information from alternative product ranges.
Q. Do you charge for quotes or ideas?
A. Quotes are free of charge – ideas cost the same.
Q. Can you source items that are not on the site?
A. Yes. Let us have a specification of the item or email an image of the item you require and we will be in contact with all the relevant information you need.
Q. Do I have to pay for samples?
A. We try to offer our customers a free sample when required. Free samples will depend on the size of the product and the quantity involved. Please contact our office and discuss your requirements, we are here to help you. If samples are charged for, these charges will be deducted from our sales invoice for each product you order.
Q. Can you manufacture overseas?
A. Yes we can, and we can reduce the minimum runs for polos to as low as 100 pieces. Minimum run sizes apply to all clothing and products, please contact our office to discuss your requirements.
Q. What is suitable artwork?
A. Suitable artwork is essential in order to supply your selected goods with a neat and clearly defined print. A business card or letterhead is NOT sufficient for final artwork. We can advise on the technical production of artwork or even produce it for you, the cost of which, although kept to a strict minimum, and will be passed on accordingly. Please also see the artwork link at the top of the home page, which clearly defines the file format required.
Q. Can you design a logo for me?
A. Yes, we are happy to provide an artwork and design service. Depending on the complexity of the logo this may be a free service. Either way, it will be charged out at a very competitive rate, as we are here to help you and make it easier.
Q. How will you match the print colour to my logo colour?
A. You will need to supply us with your colour references. Every colour has a Pantone Matching System (PMS) reference number. This is a system used throughout the world to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designer.
Q. Where will I find my artwork and PMS references?
A. The designer who originally created your logo or the printers who print your company stationary will probably have the artwork and PMS references.
Q. My logo consists of halftones with many colours - can you print this?
A. It depends on the printing process involved, we would suggest that you let us see a copy of the logo, we will then be able to advise you on the best way to proceed.
Q. Are there any setting up costs?
A. Setting up costs depend on each individual job. If the volume is there we may waiver the setting up costs. We prefer to be transparent with setting up costs for smaller runs, as in most cases the repeat setting up costs are less than the original costs. If we hide the setting up costs in the original order, repeat orders will be more expensive than they should be.
Q. Can I see a printed sample before placing my order?
A. In the majority of cases printed samples are possible. We must however levy a minimum print charge, which more often than not is cost prohibitive. With most of the local production, we email a final layout of the logo and colours, which will clearly give you enough information to approve.
Q. Can I have the goods with no print or decoration as supply only?
A. Yes. Most items can be supplied plain and in smaller quantities without logo.
Q. Do I have to make payment before delivery?
A. Our terms are 14-30 days from the date of our sales invoice, depending on the status of your account. However, if you are ordering from us for the first time, please contact our sales office to discuss payment requirements.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A. Payment is required by direct deposit or by cheque.
Q. How do you wish to receive my artwork or design?
A. By email is the most common way as high resolution jpg for embroidery, or vector based artwork for all other forms of decoration i.e. screen printing or engraving. Please refer to the artwork section at the top of the home page.
