It is by far the best way to order your caps – you not only save up to 60% or more, but you also receive exactly what you want. The caps become a work of art. Below are some of the ways you can really spice up the cap designs.
With caps becoming so design conscious, there are a number of ways to present your corporate logo. Rubber logos on caps is a different way of presentation and looks great for the right industry. 3D embroidery on caps is also a popular choice. We can screen print the inside seams of the caps giving it that personal touch.
A sublimated print on a cap is a new concept and as they say a picture paints a thousand words. A sublimated print on a cap is a photograph printed on the crown of the cap and can continue onto the peak if required. We can also arrange for woven text around the edge of the peak of the cap to display a message. Looks very smart and cost effective as well. Metal logos on caps are a unique way of displaying your logo.
We can customise the buckles on the back of the caps with your own embossed logo, and compliment this with metal eyelets on the crown of the cap. Plastic welding of a logo is another way to embellish your logo along with a rubber badge on the cap or embroidery on the peak of the cap.
Lead times for offshore caps is approximately 8 weeks from start to finish. This is by sea freight and is the most cost effective option. Air freight is also possible and is approximately 5 weeks. To take advantage of off shore pricing many of our customers do a combination of both and airfreight the urgent quantity of caps and sea freight the rest.
We also have an express indent service which is also by air and turn around time is approximately 3-4 weeks. This option is still more cost effective than local embroidery and you have the control of the offshore options.
