Step 1 - Full In-House Design Service Let us design your cooler to your specific requirements. You receive a full artwork impression (as pictured) to approve before your FREE pre-production* sample is made. The coolers can be as simple or complex as you like. |

Stubby Coolers Delivery and Lead Times
Davarni have both a local and offshore manufacturing facility for your convenience. Customers who order a few weeks ahead of time can take advantage of the genuine price savings available by offshore manufacture.
Local Manufacture
Made in Australia, these coolers are readily available from a range of stock standard colours and ready to be printed with your logo.
Lead Time:
2-3 weeks from approved artwork (rush jobs available however surcharge may be applicable)
Offshore Manufacture
Sea Freight
Sea freight is included in the price of offshore stubby cooler manufacture. All sea freight orders have a pre-production sample available for your approval. This sampling facility removes the risk sometimes associated with manufacturing goods abroad.
7-8 weeks from date of approved artwork (includes pre-production sample air freighted to you at no charge)Air Freight
For those who can't wait 7-8 weeks, and still want extra features only available offshore, you can have your products sent by air freight.
With all the same features as sea freight orders, however no pre-production sample is produced. Air freight is slightly more expensive that sea freight however it is still more versatile and competitive than local manufacture. Depending on the AUD, it is an average of $0.30 per cooler extra for air freight.
You will still receive a full artwork impression for your approval.
3-4 weeks from date of approved artwork (no pre-production sample)Combination of Air Freight and Sea Freight
If you need some of your order urgently, Davarni can air freight part of your order allowing the rest of the order can arrive by sea. This allows you to satisfy your immediate needs while still taking advantage of FREE sea freight.
This has the added advantage of time for a pre-production sample.
5 weeks from date of approved artwork (includes pre-production sample air freighted to you at no charge) for air freight.
7-8 weeks for remainder by sea freight.
